Data We Collect

We collect the following data:

  • title;

  • first name;

  • surname;

  • email address;

  • postal address;

  • company name & affiliation;

  • telephone number (landline and/or mobile);

  • cookies, pixels and similar technologies

We collect your data for the following purposes:

  • contract performance;

  • fulfilment of our contractual and pre-contractual obligations;

  • customer support;

  • direct marketing;

  • improvement & analytics, including usage analytics;

  • compliance

Data collection and processing is necessary for the performance of the contract and is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.  Insofar as we have obtained your consent for the processing of personal data, Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis.  The legal basis for direct marketing as a result of the sale of our goods or services is Section 7(3) of the UWG (German Unfair Competition Act).

Sharing & Disclosure

We may share personal information with:

  • Service Providers: For hosting, analytics, email, and customer support (under confidentiality agreements)

  • Legal Authorities: Where required by law or to protect our rights

  • Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales

  • Internal departments: Involved in the execution of the respective business processes (human resources, accounting, banking institutions/payment service providers, invoicing, customer service, marketing, sales, etc.)

  • in the case of shipping products, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us, contractual partners, business partners, insofar as this is required or permitted by law.

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your Rights

  • to request the immediate rectification of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR;

  • to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;

  • to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to have it deleted and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;

  • to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request its transfer to another controller in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR; and

  • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our company headquarters for this purpose.
